Your vector was deleted as it was pretty clear that it was a modification of an already-existing vector by fluke. Whether you modify or take the entire artwork, it is still a rip. Please refrain yourself from using another person's work in such a way.

PS - if you would like to know why I think your vector was a rip, here's the reason.
1) it had a very poor quality considering it was a vector. It was evident that it was resized due to the pixellatedness of the artwork itself.
2) It could be seen by the jagged areas that the outlines drawn in by fluke were removed, rather than it being an outlineless vector work (if it was so, it would have had clean, crisp shapes that weren't jaggy).

Well I'd say good job on the Sakura vector, but I already know I did a good job when I made it. I'm flattered that you liked my vector enough to rip it and modify it(and not for the better I might add), but it bothers me that you would write such a lengthy description for something you clearly didn't do.
